About the event
This event is a wonderful opportunity to develop your insight in a way that will expand who you know yourself to be and broaden your experiences. Most of the day will be experiential, designed in a way that will both unlock and embed the learning.
Together we will explore - values, needs and purpose - integrating the opposites: standing in the dark, facing the light - conscious movement with rhythm and music - stretching emotional range - intention setting.
Come with an open heart, a curious mind, a journal, comfortable clothes and readiness to have fun.
